Our 30-Day Results Guarantee We stand behind every Lumière product. If you use your device consistently for 30 days and do not see a visible improvement in your skin, we will issue you a full refund — no photos required, no forms to fill out, no questions asked. Your word is enough.
Standard Returns If you wish to return your product for any reason within 30 days of delivery, we accept returns provided the item is in its original packaging and in the condition it was received. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or was sent in error.
To initiate a return, please email us at Contact@Buy-Lumiere.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 12 hours with return instructions.
Defective or Damaged Items If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send you a replacement unit at no cost. You will not be required to return the original item.
Refund Processing Once your refund has been approved, it will be processed immediately to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
Items Not Eligible for Return The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Items that have been physically damaged by misuse
- Digital products or downloadable content
Exchanges We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original item and place a new order.
Chargebacks We ask that customers contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. In the vast majority of cases, we are able to resolve issues faster than the chargeback process allows. We are always here to help at Contact@Buy-Lumiere.com.
