Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after purchase, and a second email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Times We currently only ship to the United States.

Please note that these are estimated delivery windows. Occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high-demand periods. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at Contact@Buy-Lumiere.com and we will investigate immediately.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to monitor your delivery in real time. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to update.

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum order value required.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your tracking shows no movement for 7 or more consecutive days, or your package has not arrived after 21 business days, please contact us. We will work with our fulfillment partner to locate your order or arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
